  • Will I be able to rent the party house during the winter season?
    Yes! Our Party House is equipped with heaters for our lovely Canadian winters. Why commute downtown, when we can bring the party to you during the cold seasons!
  • What time is delivery and collection?
    WEEKEND BOOKINGS [FRI - SAT] Drop-off/Set-up: 2PM - 5PM (Day of event) Pick-up: 8AM - 11AM (Morning after event) SUNDAY-THURSDAY [SUN-THURS] Drop-off/Set-up: 2PM - 5PM (Day of event) Pick-up: 8AM - 11AM (Morning after event) * Our Inflatables will be set up and taken down by our team on arrival & collection day. Please ensure you arrange the time of your party in line with our drop-off/set-up times. Set-up typically takes 2-3 hours. PLEASE NOTE: Pick-up and drop-off times will be arranged at time of booking. Custom drop-off times can be arranged, however they are dependent on availability.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    A full refund will be given for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event. Once you are in your 14 day period, you will no longer receive a refund. Cancellations due to weather(torrential rain, high winds, extreme weather warnings) are subject to rescheduling and are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be returned in original payment method.
  • Do you cover my area?
    We service all of Southern, Ontario. Areas outside of the major cities in the GTA are subject to delivery fees. If you are still unsure if we service your area, please give us a call or fill out an inquiry form.
  • How much does the inflatable party house cost?
    WEEKEND BOOKINGS [FRI - SAT] $899 + Travel Fee Drop-off/Set-up: 2PM - 5PM (Day of event) Pick-up: 8AM - 11AM (Morning after event) WEEKDAY BOOKINGS [SUN-THURS] $699 + Travel Fee Drop-off/Set-up: 2PM - 5PM (Day of event) Pick-up: 8AM - 11AM (Morning after event) *Prices do not include tax * Free delivery in the major cities of the GTA PLEASE NOTE: Pick-up and drop-off times will be arranged at time of booking. Custom drop-off times can be arranged, however they are dependent on availability. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required upon booking, with the remaining balance to be paid out on the day of event.
  • Will it fit in my yard?
    Our Inflatable Party Houses are 16ft wide, 19ft long and 12.5ft tall. You must have a side entry or access to the back of the yard as we will not deliver through the house. Our Inflatables can be used on grass, concrete, gravel & decking.
  • Can I play my own music?
    Yes. Each Party House rental includes two PA interlinked speakers with Bluetooth capability. Our speakers can also be connected directly to a DJ deck.
